What if I change my mind?

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply email us with your order number and we’ll provide you with the return address.

How long do I have to return a product?

To receive a full refund to your original payment method, returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if I receive a faulty product?

Please email us so that we can investigate the issue and work to resolve it! Options for a replacement, discount, store credit or refund are available for defective or faulty products.

How long does processing take?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. During a sale period, this may be extended up to 2 additional days.

How long does shipping take?

Once an order has been handed to our shipping providers, the delivery timeframes are subject to their capacity to meet the below timeframes:
